Use of Services

By accessing and purchasing from Solo Preps, you agree to abide by these terms.


Limitation of Liability

Solo Preps shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, illness, or injury arising from the storage, handling, or consumption of meals after delivery, including food poisoning, allergic reactions, or spoilage. Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of meals upon receipt.


Refunds & Cancellations

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed due to our fresh preparation process.
  2. No refunds for delivered meals unless there are quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Refund requests must be accompanied by photographic evidence of the quality issue.


Temperature Control & Delivery

  1. Meals are delivered frozen but may begin thawing slightly during transport.
  2. Customer is responsible for immediate refrigeration upon receipt.
  3. We aim for delivery within specified timeframes but cannot guarantee exact times due to logistics.
  4. Delivery fees are non-refundable regardless of delivery timing.


Force Majeure

Solo Preps shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, courier service disruptions, or other unforeseen emergencies.


Intellectual Property

All content, recipes, branding, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of Solo Preps. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.


Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Solo Preps collects only the personal information necessary to fulfil your orders (name, contact details, delivery address).

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required to process payments (HitPay), deliveries, email marketing or app functionality.

Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (e.g., HitPay/Stripe). We do not store your card details.

Our website may use cookies and analytics to improve user experience.
